You will receive delicious recipes from Protocol8. All our recipes are sugar free or use sugar free alternatives.

We will also provide you with yoga and meditation guidance by specialised practitioners  to assist you during the week

Along with a support group from our online forum you will also have access to our private Facebook group especially created for sugar free bootcampers.

Our protocol is about quitting sugar and quitting the cravings for sugar. Sweet substitutes such as date syrup and agave are no better than sugar itself, and will only serve in keeping your addiction alive.

We advise the best sugar substitute to kill the sugar cravings as well as elicit zero blood sugar response.

No there isn’t a minimum age for the “no sugar” course. People don’t need refined sugar. No matter what the age. It is important that children have enough whole fruit, vegetables, fibre and complex carbohydrates but they don’t need refined sugar. In fact everyone will thrive off a sugar free lifestyle.

The first three days are tough, especially if you’re heavily addicted. After that each day will feel that bit easier and you will start to feel much more clear headed.

Please consult your Dr before undertaking any new diet. There are few, if any medical conditions where a sugar free diet will be of detriment. ( Do we need to put liability thing here perhaps )

Your body will become efficient in burning its own fat for fuel. Soon your body will start to manufacture ketones from fat. These will help your brain and body work optimally. You will not only lose weight, have less inflammation and feel clear headed but you also won’t be ruled by your sugar cravings and the emotions around that.

Yes you can be sugar free whilst pregnant and breastfeeding as long as you are getting adequate nutrition and calories in your diet. Sugar is totally devoid of nutrients. Your baby will be grateful and thrive under a highly nutritious diet of quality fats, proteins and vitamins not a diet based on the “anti nutrient” -sugar. Going sugar free doesn’t mean reducing calories. There are studies that show that pregnant and breastfeeding women on a high sugar diet
